Kimberley obtained an LLB degree, graduating with honours from the University of Pretoria in 2010. She began a distinguished legal career by completing articles at Savage Jooste and Admas, whereafter she was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2021. 

Kimberley has since developed strong expertise in High Court litigation, with specialized knowledge in insurance law, risk assessment, medical malpractice as well as third -liability.

Ernest completed his LL.B Degree at the University of the Western Cape in 2012. Before embarking on his articles of clerkship, he gained valuable experience in academia as a Research Assistant, focusing on Muslim Personal Law, and served as a Graduate Lecturing Assistant, teaching the Law of Things and Delict. 

In 2019, Ernest was admitted as an attorney after successfully completing his articles, where he acquired key experience in general litigation, family law, and deceased estates. 

He then transitioned to the Road Accident Fund, serving as a Claims Officer in the Determination Department. During his tenure, Ernest specialized in settling claims, gaining in-depth knowledge of the RAF claims process and the complexities of compensation. 

In 2024, Ernest joined Kruger & Co, where he currently focuses on Deceased Estates and Road Accident Fund matters. Max Kruger graduated from Unisa with an LLB Degree in 2020. Following his graduation, he embarked on a new chapter in his career by joining Kruger & Co as a candidate attorney. While gaining valuable practical experience at the law firm, Max was also committed to furthering his education and pursued his Master's Degree concurrently.

After dedicated years of balancing work and studies, August 2023, became a significant date for Max as he achieved a major milestone—he was admitted as an attorney. Khodani Mafadza, a graduate Paralegal who joined the team in 2022, brings 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, further enhancing the department's capabilities.

A key member of the Pre-Lodge Department’s team is Olivia Murphy, Senior Litigation Secretary, who brings an impressive 18 years of MVA experience to the firm.
